How long does the decluttering process usually take?

Do I need to be present during the decluttering session?

Your presence is valuable as you will need to make decisions about your belongings.

Will you throw away my belongings without my permission?

We will never discard your items without your explicit permission. The decision- making process is collaborative, and you maintain control over what stays and what goes.

Do you offer free consultation before starting the project?

We do offer a free 15–30-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs. In- home assessments are charged for at R500.00 callout fee.

How do you handle items that have sentimental value?

We approach sentimental items with sensitivity and care.

Can I keep some items that you recommended discarding?

Absolutely. The final decision always rests with you as the client.

Do you provide storage solutions or just help with sorting?

We sort and implement storage solutions.

What is not included in our costs?

Any storage boxes, containers, packaging materials, crates, organizing materials and additional transport, such as that required for refuse removal.

How do you maintain confidentiality when handling personal items?

We adhere to strict confidentiality policies. We wont share identifiable information about your space or belongings or take photos without your permission.

Will you teach me how to maintain the organization system?

Yes. Teaching maintenance is a critical part of our professional decluttering services.
